How to change admin account on Toshiba Satellite

I have a new Toshiba Satellite u940 with Windows 8. I want to do one of two things, either or.

1) change the admin account and its affiliated microsoft account/email to the proper one.

or

2) reset the admin account and create a new one with the proper information and microsoft account.

I can't access some of my apps/programs because they are auto logged in with my current account and it wont let me change that.

My goal is to have my admin account be through the proper email to be able to access everything i need to. I am not familiar with Windows 8 or Toshiba computers.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, we can't help you with password issues. Best option if you have no personal files to lose, is just do a factory restore to start from scratch and re-setup your accounts.

Alright I will try to do a factory restore, resetting up the accounts is exactly what i am trying to do, thank you. Maybe Factory restore will accomplish this

Or go to Change PC Settings from there you can get to your accounts and configure linking to Microsoft and what you want to sync with other computers and devices you have running Windows 8. You can access Change PC Settings from any Charms bar or by searching for it on the Start Screen and find it under Settings.
