I do not know how that works on AMD, but with Nvidia you can right click the program you want to run, open up the menu, and select the right adapter. If this doesn't work, you'd have to open your driver software, and select the right driver somewhere. Like I said, I'm used to Nvidia, I cannot really help you out.

I found in the bios it shows "Graphics Adapter" and I can select switchable or integrated but I wanna use the dedicated gpu not the integrated?

Try to select switchable.

its on switchable but in the catalyst control centre it only give me the option to use both or integrated but most of my games wont use both gpu's
