I have a Evga 1080 ti sc2 and I feel that my fans come on too late and too slow to where it waits for performance to get bad before doing anything to help cool it. Also one of the fans comes on far before the second one. I can change the fans when it is being overclocked, but I would like to make it so it permanently utalizes the fans more efficiently.

on my card I can set the fan curve to what I deem appropriate. EVGA should allow the same in software. you can set the minimum temps to respond to and the proper fan speeds.
OR
did you mean the cooler itself is failing and the fans need replacing? unless EVGA sells replacement fans the only way I know of to fix it is to replace it with an aftermarket cooling solution.

Yes I can do that but only with the over clocking software open which was what I was talking about. When I close it it stops. I was wondering if there was a way to but performance over sounds without the software open.
