I installed some BIOS and other updates via MSI Live Update 5 today and Ive been having abit of lag when it comes to watching video or playing games, I think that it is using my CPU's on board graphics instead, is there any way I can change this? I usually get a steady 60FPS on Minecraft but since the updates I have been getting 9 or 10

Thanks

Are you using a laptop or desktop?

If you are using a desktop, as long as your monitor is plugged in to your GPU, the rendering is being handled by the GPU, so something else must be the problem,

If you have a laptop, make sure you have the most recent drivers for both NVidia/Intel GPUs or your AMD GPUs. NVidia uses a technology they call Optimus to best choose which GPU should be used for a given task. For web browsing, it will use the integrated GPU. For gaming, it should use the NVidia GPU. AMD's tech is called Switchable Graphics, but essentially should be doing the same thing.

I am using a desktop which I have built myself and previous to today I had not touched the BIOS. I have an Intel Pentium G860 CPU and an XFX AMD Radeon 7770 GPU

How exactly do I access the BIOS? I have never done so, I read you have to do it before your computer boots windows however I dont seem to get the option

I have the MSI H61M-P20 (G3) and you were right in that Delete does open the BIOS upon boot. So when in the BIOS I searched around but found no obvious option to change, but I did change one setting in the Integrated Graphics section and I saved and re-booted however upon reboot i cannot see anything on my screen, my monitor just goes on standby, any ideas of how I can get it back or navigate with no visual? I currently have my HDMI cable plugged into my GPU as I usually do
