How to change my fifa14 graphics settings on pc :/? Its dumb question but i looked at display there was none:/ please help

I tried everything looking at propreties of game then in display also in game settings i coudn't find it anywhere please tell me how to change graphics settings on fifa 14 pc :/ please help as soon as possible!

run your fifa 14 launcher,then go to Game Settings than change your rendering quality,MSAAoptions and then frame rate
