How to Change PC without losing your OS ?

Hi All,
I want to upgrade my PC with a new one and I was wondering if there is any method to change my computer put the old SSD to new PC and I don't have to reinstall the OS ?

I wouldn't do that. You can get away with it sometimes....but sometimes you can't.

Windows has configured itself for your old PC....there's a chance that configuration won't work with new hardware.

You are MUCH better off doing a clean install.
