Question How to change ram to 3200mhz?

Was gifted an Hp Pavillon prebuilt and have upgraded the ram to 2 sticks of DDR4 16gb 3200mhz. My problem is the speed is stuck at 2133mhz and the BIOS does not let me change it. My motherboard is the Erica 8643. Are there any fixes to this that don't involve dropping hundreds on a new motherboard or is that the only option I have if I want 32gb at 3200mhz (note when I researched my motherboard I found it was capable of 32gb at 3200mhz)

Can you contact HP about it,im sure you will loose your warranty if you mess with anything yourself

I will but they advertised this pre built as highly customizable I figured they expect people to mess with it
