Question How to change resolution without screen on Wii

Hi, I accidentally changed my screen resolution to something my monitor doesn't support and I can't see anything to change it back. Is there a way I can change the resolution without having to randomly press buttons on my controller and guess where the menus are? I accidentally clicked on 480i, which is the one my monitor doesn't support, I need to change it back to 480p somehow.

Do you have an old analog tube TV or know someone who does. So you had a native TV with "I" interlace to get the menu up and change it back.

I'm pretty sure I don't but this is the back of my TV where the Wii is connected.

I don't really know if this will work since that subreddit is for the wii u and not the wii.

Is there a way to reset the Wii to factory settings without using the screen? I didn't have anything important on it anyway, so it wouldn't matter.

1. Power ON the Wii console.
2. Press and hold the ‘DOWN’ key on the Wii Remote directional pad.
3. While still holding the ‘DOWN’ key press the ‘RESET’ button on the Wii console.
