[SOLVED] How to change system display fonts?

My display fonts are too dim and hard to see on my projector. I can go to PERSONALIZE and find new fonts that should be displayed, like ARIEL BOLD. Looks good, but can't find an APPLY button to use this new font. How can I do this?

Maybe its clear type.

Have done these. But there is a place in settings to change fonts. But there is no APPLY after you have set up a new font for system.

There's a tool that lets you change the appearance of the system font at https://www.wintools.info/index.php/system-font-size-changer
