How can i change this cursor on photoshop ruler with another one more accurated?
i mean it is thicker than ruler points so it is impossible to regulate images using it (on the older Photoshop version this cursor thickness was the same as ruler points)

Probably there is some dependence on the ruler unit settings.

FYI:

There is also this:

If Perferences is selected the menu to the right includes "Cursors" - look there.
thanks but seems like there is no solution for that problem, photoshop 2024 has a poor cursor for rulers, the video guides about rulers that i found on youtube have a good cursor but they aren't using 2024 version, i saw some screenshot of photoshop 2024 and they have same thick cursor (it has no sense) cause if im doing a manual modification of a picture watching at ruler I can't stop at an exact pixel (for example if a must stop at pixel number 300 horizontal or vertical with this thick cursor i cannot know if im arrived at 300 or 301 its a finger in the eye i think i must ask to Adobe support (if they will respond)

You could just add a guide line at the exact position you want. Or zoom in.

One helper I use:
  • make another layer
  • add a shape with the exact needed size (you can set a pixel-accurate, fixed size in the marquee tool) In your example a simple block 300 px wide.
  • pull a guide line at the edge of the shape (it snaps to the edge)
  • now wen you move things around, they tend to snap to the guide line, just as they snap to the edge of the canvas (unless you hold ctrl to move them fully freely)
And I reuse the helper shape layer throughout the work.
I know it would obviously be better if the marker on the ruler would be pixel wide, but if you zoom out, even one pixel on screen will be wider than a pixel on the canvas. (Like when editing a 30 MP photo on a 8.3 MP 4K screen)

And I am surprised that there does not seem to be any specific pixel readout that increments with cursor movement.

I.e., use the ruler to "ballpark" the location and then an entry to change 301 or 299 to 300 if cursor control or visual is not fine enough.
