I need help on changing drive E's icon to the one that drive G has.

save your data and just format or use Bootice to do that cause there is icon file which will be hidden in usb.

There is a program called [Change Drive Icon]. It requires .NET 3.5 which you probably already have installed on your system. It's dated 2012 but I briefly tested it and it worked in Win 10 (1803) and will likely work for all other Win 10 versions.

Where it says Select icon file, try using this:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\imageres.dll,27

You have to refresh Explorer after changing the icon. This can be done by pressing F5 or closing the Explorer Window out and reopening it.
