How to charge a laptop through a portable battery bank?

The one in question is 26000 mah and can supply 19v through a dc output. I have a lenovo y50-70 and the battery would not work for notetaking at school without this. So how coould is safley get the battery bank to charge my lapop. Im totally clueless.
