How to check for keystroke software

My nosey neighbor has hacked into my hp laptop and installed a keystoke program. How do I get stop him?

If you can prove it please contact the FBI. If he has hacked you he may have done the same to others. Also there could be national security issues involved. This should not be taken lightly. Ask yourself what type of neighbor would do such a thing.

im pretty sure this neighbor is a friend or someone he knows. A: how does he know a key logger is on his computer if no one told him and B: hows he know its his neighbor if his neighbor didnt tell him?

lets not jump to conclusions now.
