I have recently been told my computer could be thermal throttling after i asked what was causing such bad frame rates. I'm relatively new to computers so i'm not sure what this means or how I can check for it / fix it.
I have

GPU-https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00E4MQO8C/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

When the CPU or GPU runs above a certain temperature, they will reduce clock speed and voltage to prevent damage. This is what commonly causes poor performance. To check these temps, start and play a game for a bit, then Alt/Tab out and check the temperature. There are a number of different softwares that will do this, like MSI Afterburner, EVGA PrecisionX, Real Temps, or even the software that comes with your motherboard.

That's no use. you need to play and take screenshots after you have experienced the stated issues.

Okay I will be able to do that stuff in about an hour so I will post the screen shots as soon as I can.

Here are the screen shots they are of all different temperatures since i wasn't sure what you wanted me to be measuring the temp of.
