You... look at the back of it? Google DVI pinouts, it will show you the different versions of DVI.

If it has DVI at all it has DVI-D. DVI-D is just the digital-only outlet that only works with DVI and other digital video connections. You might have a DVI-I, this allows digital and analog signals to pass through and allows one to connect a DVI-VGA adapter cable to it.
