I have two Samsung 850PRO 1TB SSD, they all made in Korea and on the back labels there is no made date.
I have one made in China and it has made on date.
I also have a two 2TB 850 EVO SSDs, made in china and they also dont have made in date.

Any ideas?

As a general rule with any electronic device, you can gauge the manufacture date by the YYWW or YWW (Year/Week) date codes on the ICs.

If you can tell us the markings on the controller, NAND, and SDRAM, we could probably give you a reasonably close estimate of the manufacture date of the SSD.

Here are two reviews with photos of the PCB:

The date codes on the SDRAM, NAND and controller are 416, 419 and 1419, respectively. That's weeks 16 and 19 of 2014.
