How to check my pc performance and health

I am looking for the best software or tool to check my pc health and if it is running at its best
My specs
i7 8700
Gtx 1080
16 ram

Another common benchmark is userbenchmark to test your entire system with a lightweight benchmark. https://www.userbenchmark.com/

A CPU specific benchmark is Cinebench R15. https://www.maxon.net/en/products/cinebench/

Your run these and then compare to other users with the same or similar specs.

So if i run all these benchmarks and i compare them with other people doing these benchmarks with the same specs and if they are all the same and normal does that mean everything is ok?

Yes. But do keep in mind that a lot of people overclock their system and then run the benchmarks, so you can expect to be a little under a lot of others. You can share your scores here for people to comment and compare.

Yeah i know but i have a non k processor so only the graphics card can be overclocked. My score was 19509 on the normal version of firestrike is that good

Well you would typically compare just the graphics score or just the CPU score since most systems have different CPUs. The graphics and CPU score in the bottom left would be more specific as to how yours compares to others.

I searched up this on google 3dmark firestrike gtx 1080 i7 8700 and i found a guy with the exact same specs as me he got 18977 and i got 19503 does that mean im good?
