I want to buy a Graphic card to play pc games(Just in medium graphic or at low.I want to play that's my Need)

Dude it is too old
intel pentium 4
2.99 ghz processor
1.5 GB ram(1024Mb + 512Mb)
I though this information is sufficient

Solution
short and simply, even though you didn't list PSU (Power supply) and motherboard, it'll work. That card uses little to no power and the board you have will have either an X16 or an X8 slot, it tends to be the longer slot with the clip on the end.

Ehhh, he makes a reasonable point, actually. That was around the time when PCIe was just starting to see widespread adoption, and a lot of chipsets (including my AMD 64 3400+ system at the time) still had AGP 8x. If its an "older" P4, it may not have one.
