How to chkdsk if i cant get into windows?

Hi, my computer keeps rebooting and i cant get into windows or boot safemode.
I can get into a cmd windows through the repair tool but when i use chkdsk in there it takes about 3 seconds and thats very fast for a 60% full 1TB Hardrive.

Can i check it while out of windows or?

What does chkdsk report after 3 seconds? Maybe the drive is corrupted to the point that it only has a few MBs left.

I am doing chkdsk C: right? If so its
102399 kb total disc space
22208 kb in 50 files

Can you post a screen shot of the chkdsk results?
You may have a virus. Did you make a virus recovery disk you can use to check for viruses?
