How to clean drive in diskpart with I/O device error

I couldn't format my flash drive, so I tried using diskpart and I tried to use the "clean" function. But it showed this "Diskpart has encountered an error: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error." The drive already has 1 partition(primary) it's also a RAW drive.

Sounds like your USB drive is defective and needs to be replaced.
