How to clean dust filters

Hello everyone I have built a pc recently and I know I will have to eliminate the dust every so often. My case is Phanteks Enthoo Pro and it has dust filters on every intake fan. So my questions are:
1) How do I clean the dust filters?
2) How often do I have to do it?
3) If I have dust filters, will there be any dust inside my pc ( on my motherboard, etc.) that will need to be cleaned? If so, how?

Hello... 1) I Remove the FOAM type filters, wash with soap and water... let them dry for 24 hrs... and re-install.
If it's a PAPER type filter... I replace with new.
2) when they look dirty.
3) there will always be some dust... after 6 month take a look and use a vacumm hose.
