How to clean my Ram's memory pins?

hello guys i have to clean my RAM pins they are a bit dusty and dirty could you tell me please some ways to clean them...is it ok to use earsticks for the cleaning i also heared some people used a normal eraser for it...

I've always found a pencil eraser to be ideal for cleaning the gold contacts. Just a gentle wipe on each contact should do the job. Brush and residue off before reseating the modules.

If it is not broken, do not fix it. What I mean, that if your ram performs fine, then you probably shouldn't clean it.

i just got a new motherboard so i want t clean the old memories before installing them.

Sorry, I have no idea what technical alcohol is. I use Isopropyl Alcohol (from Ebay) and use it for cleaning all my video game cartridges. Brings up NES cartridges like new, never tried it for RAM but contacts are contacts so it will work the same.
