Vacuuming creates a large static electricity build up, which will or could damage your PC. I would avoid it with all cost! unless you really know what you are doing.
Wait for a very windy day, take it outside, remove all side panels and let mother nature do the work 😀 Either that, or ask a neighbour/friend/relative to help you and undust it with air compressor, many people have stuff like that at home these days.

Not using an attachment inside the computer like that. Running a vac across the floor with the brush turning does that. They even sell mini vacs for computers and electronics.
Air compressor is the saver method.
This way, you should have condensed water but this is not a big deal.
You must clean the PC with any connection to electricity and wait the PC to fully dry first before turning it on, just leave the PC unplugged from electricity in your room for an hour or two before trying to plug it and turn it on again.

That is what I called "if you know what you are doing".
Yup! There are special vacs for such usage.
Step 1: get 10 bucks
Step 2:

Go online google canned air.
Go to amazon buy some canned air.
Step 3: use canned air to clean out your pc.
Step 4: profit.
Alternative.
Get something that can blow.
Step 1. Open mouth
Step 2. Suck in air.
Step 3 pretend it's an old Nintendo cartridge.
But really don't too much spit on electronics. Honestly the easiest thing either find something that can blow or just buy some compressed air, it aint that expensive.
