So I finished cloning my HDD to my new SSD, and I have been slowly eating away at the cloned data on my SSD, trying to free up some space. I already have the data on my HDD, so I have no use of keeping most of the data on the SSD, so what should I get rid off without altering the system? I've already registered my media library to my HDD, so my SSD is free of media files. I have a 500GB Samsung 850 EVO, and a 3TB HDD. I have 118GB free on my SSD, I would like to reach 250GB free space.

Solution
I can only tell you what else I do:
I set browser(s) downloads to a specific folder on one of HDDss.
Programs/games that don't make full use of SSD speed I install on HDD.
Backup programs are also set to make backups on a HDD.
Lower down the space required for System Restore to minimum so it keeps only last two restore points.
"Kill" Hibernate file by using this line in Command prompt with as Admin: powercfg.exe /hibernate off
Uninstall programs not needed using Revo Uninstaller so it doesn't leave tails on main drive.
Clean system regularly using Disk cleanup from windows, specially after updates. Also using: http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/uncleaner.html which can also clean up a lot of space in very safe manner.
