How to close a window that won't let you

My hp computer is brand new and all of a sudden it's decided it doesn't want me to leave Netflix. The shortcut key isn't working to close it either and its started to play some weird classical music in the background. I have no idea what's wrong

Ctrl+Alt+Delete. Open task manager, click the program and click end program.

If it's being that stubborn, the normal Task Manager "End task" option on the Applications tab will likely not work .... it it doesn't, go to the processors tab, right click on the exe file (Netflix.exe ?) and click "End process".
