How to completely reset a Nvidia GPU to default?

Hi all,

due to some issues with my Nvidia GTX 960 M clocks frequencies,I would like to know how to completely reset the Nvidia ?

Also it detects HWMonitor as a 3d application!Anytime I open HWMonitor the Nvidia's temps increase and decrease every second while it is opened, and completely decrease to 0 degrees Celsius after I close HWMonitor!

Will it help if I uninstall it via Device Manager?

Please tell me how do I reset the Nvidia completely to default!

Use http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html and then reset laptop. Install latest drivers and you should be reset.
