How to configure Dual HDD into Machine

Hi All,

I bought new hard disk so i want to Up both hard disk into my machine so could you please guide me how can i configure..?

Note:- Size of the both HDD is not same.

Configuration:-
1. Processor:- Intel core2 Duo E7200
2. Motherboard :- MSI G43M-p33 combo(MS-7592)
3. RAM:- 4 GB DDR2
4. Existing HD 160 GB
5. New HD:- WD 1TB.

Just plug it in.
You might need to Initialize, Format, and give it a drive letter.
After that, it will be available for use.
