How to connect a Gigabyte RX 480 to a BenQ xl2430t

I'm buying a 480 and i currently have a xl2430t and i want to know which cable i'd use to connect it, i'm looking online and i see lots of Displayport to HDMI but i can't find a Displayport to displayport.

I'd like to get 144hz on my monitor so that's why i ask. thank you!

Not sure how you're writing it but just search for Displayport cable .

Umm I never got your question.
Your montior supports display port,HDMI and dual link DVI. Why would you want a converter ?
The RX 480s displayport does support 144Hz.
