How to connect case fans to motherboard?

Hi,

Trying to connect nzxt s340 case fans to the motherboard but can't find the correct clips. The top fan has this: http://imgur.com/0Yg47qS
The side fan has this: http://imgur.com/CO9Anm9

The side fan cable always misses 1 pin on the motherboard

The first ones are not fan cables, are the case ones, power button, reset, HD light, etc...
They are connected to other place, if you put the MB model i could see where.

The second are yes fan ones, could be connected on a 4 pin fan header.

You need to connet those to the JFP1 (botton right of the MB, page 26 of the manual)

The page 38 show you how you must connect those cables.
