How to connect front panel headers???

Hi, I am trying to connect the front panel headers from a Thermaltake V3 Black Edition case to this motherboard:http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0444287
Do you guys know how?

theres a thing called a mobo manual. it tells you where to plug in, and the tags are labled
