How to connect H100i GTX to Noctis 450 with Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3?

I just got a H100i and was wondering how to hook it up to my system. I currently have my case fans hooked up to the PWM controller included in the case and the PWM controller is connected to the only CPU fan header on my MOBO. Do i need to connect the H100i to the CPU fan header directly or can i run it through the PWN fan hub? My MOBO has only 1 CPU fan header along with 2 sys fan and 1 PWR fan.

You want to connect the H100i to the CPU fan header so it can work properly and then the other case fans to the PWM fan hub.

But then do I connect the PWM controller to a system fan header?

Most PWM controllers I have seen typically pull power from a Molex or SATA power connection. I haven't seen one that connects directly to a motherboard for power since a fan header can normally only power 2 fans at most normally.
