You will need a KVM switch that supports the use of a single keyboard, video (monitor), and mouse by which ever computer you choose to use.
However, two monitors make things a bit more complicated depending on the how the monitors are configured: PC screen only, Duplicate, Extented, Second screen only. {Use "Win" + "P" to see the options.]
Two computers, two monitors....
The starting point is a simple sketch showing laptop and PC along with the two monitors. Along with keyboard and mouse.
You need to show all ports, cable types, genders, and connection paths. (You may need purchase more cables and perhaps some adapters.)
Does the laptop have/use a docking station? The docking station will be what is connected to the KVM if the docking station is to be used.
One way to get a sense of what is necessary is to simply google "KVM diagrams". Then filter to "images only".
You may or may not find an image that is an exact match to your requirements. Revise the search criteria as you read and learn. Add "connection" or "drawings" to the search terms.
If an exact match is not found you can use an image that is close to what you need and mark up the image as necessary for your requirements.
Your marked up image is your plan.
Then look for a KVM product that matches your plan. If none are found then you may need to have the KVM built. Could be expensive.
Details matter so pay close attention to port types, genders, and the cables that will be connecting it all.
