How to connect sound to a server without an audio jack on the motherboard

Hey guys,

So I have a server an old DL380 G5 ....

I want to connect audio to it but it does not have a 3.5 Jack on it .

I know what your thinking why not just plug it in to a TV or a HD monitor with built in speakers from the the graphics card ....

I don't want to buy another monitor .... could I buy a sound card to put in one of my pci slots in my riser cage ??

If you are just wanting audio, nothing high end HiFi, then just get a $10 USB sound card.

yes you can use a PCi sound card ... or as said , External USB sound ..
