How to connect to WiFi with VPN

Does anyone know how to connect to a wireless WiFi network with VPN on Android? Also, is it possible to connect to a WiFi router from anywhere in the world with VPN? Would you need a certificate for that? Finally, how do you connect two wireless WiFi routers with VPN?

Would you consider to start over again to pursue a one stop solution by a wifi vpn router with a much powerful processor and dual band connectivity?

I'm using the following myself which is running VPN client to connect my home to my office's VPN server. Perfecto!
