How to connect vga touch screen monitor to hdmi pc

I recently got the HUION GT-190 and my computer cannot use anything vga related (unless you get specialized UHD monitors) so I was wondering what I needed to do to convert the VGA to hdmi so I can use it with my computer

You can buy a HDMI-to-VGA converter.

Alternatively, you can get a higher-end port replicator that also includes a VGA input. Those work as well, but are more expensive.
