Hi,
I have just unboxed my new cooler pad for my laptop, but I realized that it doesn't have a button for controlling the speed of the dual fans,so I would like to know if there is a software which could control the speed of the fans!
Please help me!
Thanks in advance!
Best regards!

I think there is a slider on the side of the cooling pad that can adjust the fan speeds. The USB ports just act as a USB hub. They don't supply control functions so there wouldn't be any way to control the fans with software. See if you can locate the slider. It is shown in diagram 6 in the manual that can be downloaded here: http://www.coolermaster.com/mobile/notepal-series/notepal-ergostand/
Probably not. How would the software know what the fans are doing and how would it control the fans? It might be possible if there is some kind of USB connection between the cooler pad and the laptop so they could communicate. If there was, the software would probably come with the cooler pad. You might check the manufacturer's web site but since you've given us no information about the laptop or the cooler pad it's impossible to tell.

Dear thx1138v2,thank you for replying to me!
My laptop is Dell Inspiron 3537,and the cooler pad is Notepal Ergostand with dual fans.
Yes,it has two usb ports and only a simple on/off button.
And it doesn't have software included!
