How to copy a hard drive's data to another hard drive on Windows 10?

Hello, I am wondering how would I back up all the data on my SSD(SAMSUNG 850 EVO 120GB) to another empty hard drive on my PC encase something goes wrong with the SSD. How would I go about doing that? I tried using the Windows 10 backup feature but it would only do certain folders and not the hole drive.

It gives me Open, Explore, Format, Extend Volume, Shrink Volume, Delete Volume, Properties, and Help

Since we are trying to clear that drive...."Delete Volume" is what you are looking for.
After, you need to create a new Volume in that space.
Format and give it a drive letter.

At this point, I'd just leave that partition as it is.
Just use the rest (99.9%) of the drive.

For some reason there are 2 unallocated spaces

Yep the drive is all partitioned and I have the image on it.
