How to copy part of video?

I want copy part of video clip from video.Please help me.

Try VideoReDo.

Import the video into Windows Movie maker (or similar program) - then delete the parts you do not want to keep by selecting and deleting them - then save the part that is left (the portion you wanted to make a copy of) to a new filename.(so you'll still have the original instead of overwriting it)
