How to copy photos from windows picture to usb stick

I am a novice and would like to copy photos from Windows Photo Galery to a USB stick to use in a picture frame.
I inserted the USB stick and it gives me two options: open fiel to view or speed up my computer.

Can you give me very simple directions.

Select all of them, than drag them to the USB pen drive.
