how to correct a code 31 problem with realtek PCIe GBE controller

My desk top is using windows 7 professional and has a problem with the Realtek PCIe GBE controller (code 31)

Its a driver issue .You will need to find /download /install latest driver for this. I suggest you try your vendor or Realtek for the latest driver.
