How to count Traffic

I have Win2003 sever/
40 barebone users (RDP)/
terminal server with win-route-5.1.10/(proxy is disabled)

i need counting out-going & in-coming traffic ?

all programms i`ve tried cont ip traffic.

Can you please provide more detail what are you actually trying to 'count'?
