You can have only limited primary partitions on your computer, but you can have many logical partitions.
Your windows must be on a primary partition, next you can create an extended partition that its capacity is equal total capacity of all of your logical partitions you want to create. Then you can create logical dives in your extended partition.

I know this isn't what you asked... but may I inquire WHY the heck you want so many partitions? You don't have system restore and indexing active on all the partitions do you? Also, you do realize that for best performance you need at least 20% on each partition to be Free Space... right?
