How to Cut Side Panel

So, I am trying to mod a case and I already know what the dimensions and I've found the items but the only problem is I don't know how to cut the side panel. Most people say use a dremel or a jig-saw but that is outta my budget currently. So I'm just wondering if there is any cheap alternatives to a dremel or whatever.

There ya go. Dremel tools have plenty of cheap alternatives, as do Jigsaws, that don't sacrifice quality. The only other way to do it is to borrow them from someone.

Doesn't leave a burr so no need to do any filing or finishing.

Better than any Dremel or jigsaw.
