[SOLVED] How to deal with computer showing wierd stuff on BIOS screen and failing to boot into OS?

The computer doesn't boot and there is no display so I re-seated the RAM sticks.

Then the computer is showing weird stuff on BIOS screen as shown below. And then gets stuck on it. It does not boot into OS.

Specifications:

Intel Core 2 Duo
2x2GB DDR2 RAM
GT 710 nVdia Graphics Card
1x SSD
2x HDD
DVD Drive
PSU: an old seasonic s12 something non modular (500w?)
 
Solution
As a basic functional test
Run memtest86 or memtest86+
They boot from a usb stick and do not use windows.
You can download them here:
If you can run a full pass with NO errors, your ram should be ok.

Running several more passes will sometimes uncover an issue, but it takes more time.
Probably not worth it unless you really suspect a ram issue.

I might guess that the graphics card is the culprit.
