it is extracted at my desktop but i wish to delete it. i tried ti delete it but it come out the message "The action cannot be completed because the file is open in Microsoft Windows Based Script host".

and another scenario, i tried to make system restore to the date i manually added. After the process end, i cant log on windows.
So, i undo the system restore and it can log on again.

What's the name of that process?

There must be something starting this process at boottime so use your Windows key and R together to bring up the Run open box and into that, type msconfig and hit Enter. Click the StartUp tab and untick anything you don't absolutely need to run when eth system starts up. You won't be disabling any programmes, merely preventing them from automatic startup when you boot your syste.

When you finish, click Apply and Ok then accept the restart and when you see the warning after than, tick "Don't show this message again" and hit Enter.

Definitely take dadiggle's advice regarding MalwareBytes but do it only in Safe Mode - it won't find everything in Normal. You can also find it at http://www.malwarebytes.com.
