How to delete already answered Threads or Posts?

I just want to clean my old answered posts

im fairly certain you cant delete threads unless you contact a moderator.

We don't delete them just because they are answered. We keep them for future people who google.

The only thing we would do is close them so they can't be "resurrected" by someone later. Otherwise they need to stay on the system so as mentioned above people looking for an answer can find it.

Tick the 'unread answers only' box, or go to each thread and click the 'Stop tracking this thread' link at the bottom of the first post.

There isn't really any reason to stop tracking threads unless there's lots of answers you don't want to read.
