how to delete the virouse running the CPU flatout

The fan started to run yesterday and the system is slow the task manager shows all CPU's at 100%. On a reboot the task manager shows normal usage for only 1 minute before all CPU's are pushed to 100%

full virus scan at start up without the network connected waht is the virus software you use .

Found the problem a program at c:/program files /PCD was using my system. Noted !!! The web usage as reported by internet dongle software did not match the greater volume reported by task manager. Uninstall removed the problem
