How to direct user folders to another drive?

I have 3 of my user folder icons that are directing files to my One Drive(Pictures, Documents and Desktop. How do I get them to direct files to another local drive? I don't even want One Drive, at all.

There are procedures to change the local location of the Libraries.
But that is very much not needed these days.

Windows and applications have gotten VERY good at utilizing multiple drives and locations.

Save something in an application to some other drive and folder.
Next time you use that particular application, most will default to that same space.
