Question How to Disable Lighting

I have an Asus RoG Maximus X Code motherboard and would like to disable the RGB lighting that comes on as soon as I hit the power button, how do I do so?
I'm photosensitive and don't need to see any RGB lighting until after I'm logged in, at least nothing that blinks, flickers, cycles or pulses. Thanks for the help, if any.

I don't think you understand. After I log in, my profile is loaded, which is static, so there's no issue with the lights. I have a hard time with anything other than static light.

Yeah, I just figured it out using the software. However, it doesn't completely disable the lighting, just loads my profile now instead of the other. Thanks for the help.

There should be an option to Disable on board Aura lighting effects in the BIOS.
In my Strix B450-F BIOS it is at the top right of the screen.
