How to disable XInput Navigation?

This is a bit of a weird question, but here goes. I have a Windows 10 Home Edition and recently, after upgrading to the content creator's update, I noticed that my XInput arcade stick is somehow able to control my PC.

When I set the stick to control the LS Axes, it acts like arrow keys. And for whatever reason, buttons on the controller activate other keys (Such as tab, left/right click, etc.)

This is highly annoying as I tend to move it around a bit when I'm doing other stuff, keeping it plugged in, or sometimes I think my game window is focused, and it messes up something on another app.

How do I disable this feature? I've searched all around on the internet and can't seem to find anything on it.

Edit: If you guys need clarification, can you please post a reply or something asking for specific pieces of information? I'm not sure how I can make this any clearer than I already have.

I found the issue, apparently after upgrading to Creator's Update my Steam Big Picture re-enabled. Not sure why that happened, but that was the cause. Since you worked this case at least with some form of troubleshooting (Unlike Microsoft Support) I'll mark yours as the answer since that'll probably fix it for others as well.

What about when I am using it? If I'm playing a game, it will sometimes cause my computer to click outside the game or sometimes alt+tab out of it.

Uhh, uninstall and reinstall the drivers/device from device manager, and maybe it needs updated drivers as well.
I have a feeling these changes are so you can control Windows 10 (probably on an Xbox One/Scorpio) with a normal Xbox One controller in the future.

Or you may need an "xinput emulator" to act as a middle man and hijack the inputs from the fight stick and turn them into... well normal inputs.

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, I've tried rolling back and updating. The problem still persists.

Yes, the changes are specifically so that you can control your PC using a XB1 controller. I can't seem to find a way to disable it, hence my question.

And I'm not using an XInput emulator. For one, my fightstick (And all other gamepads I use practically) are XInput and emulating XInput within XInput would have the same effects as just using the controller. Also it adds latency. (Oh, and I forgot to mention that the Creator's Update entirely broke DInput, not sure why that happened either.)
